A Little Spanish Sunshine in My Latte

Costa Coffee's new Spanish Caramelo Latte is a real winner. Smooth, indulgent and perfectly balance, it nails that sweet-to-coffee ratio without overpowering the espresso. The caffeine hit is just right too - satisfying for a proper coffee lover, without the usual jittery aftermath (which is a big win for me). I really hope this one sticks around, because I can already picture enjoying the iced version when the warmer weather finally shows up.

Pair this with an Almond Croissant and you have the indulgence without the heaviness.

In my opinion an Almond Croissant is coffee's best mate. The nuttiness amplifies espresso, softens bitterness and makes the whole experience feel very "slow morning in a café" even if you're eating it on the go.

"Costa Coffee, please don't ever change...my caffeine-fuelled heart couldn't cope.
